Rehmann Announces Head of Private Household Practice
Rehmann recently announced the appointment of Douglas Kelly as the head of the private household industry practice. Kelly has more than 20 years of tax consulting and compliance experience. He has worked with involving high net worth, multi-generational families and individuals, family offices, closely-held businesses, and multi-tier partnership/LLC flow-through structures on compliance and consulting engagements.
OUM & Co. Promotes Partner
OUM & Co. recently announced that it has promoted Warren Chung, CPA from tax director to partner. Chung has more than 20 years of experience, specializing in corporate tax with an emphasis on the technology and life sciences sectors. He has worked with startups and large public companies on tax compliance and tax provision issues. Chung received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from the University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
Transpay Expands Senior Leadership
Transpay recently announced the appointments of Peter Shore to general manager and Kevin Gallagher to senior vice president of global sales as part of the expansion of its leadership team. As general manager, Shore will lead the strategic planning and execution of Transpay’s global payments programs and solutions. His experience includes transforming business operations, managing P&L and leading innovations in payments, ecommerce and gaming industries.
Gallagher will oversee Transpay’s business development strategies globally, strategic customer accounts and partner relationship growth. His experience includes building and scaling global sales programs across the payments industry.
Acuitas Welcomes New Senior Director
Acuitas, Inc. recently announced the addition of Steven G. Krug, CFA as senior director. He has more than 25 years of accounting and advisory experience in business valuation, working with clients in the software, technology, government and health care industries and performing valuations for financial reporting. Krug earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
Sensiba San Filippo Adds Senior Manager; Announces Partnership with Intacct
Sensiba San Filippo LLP recently announced the addition of Andrew Chan senior manager. Chan has more than 20 years of experience in financial systems, setting up and configuring systems, conducting user training and providing technical support throughout the implementation process. He has worked with clients in the transportation, healthcare and publishing industries. Chan is a certified Intacct Implementation Specialist and holds a Partner Certification— Intacct Implementation.
Sensiba also recently announced a partnership with Intacct. This new partnership will expand SSF’s consulting services and provide new and existing clients with increased access to automated accounting and financial solutions. As a partner, SSF will sell, implement, support and develop enhancements for Intacct’s financial applications.

Mueller Prost recently announced the promotion of William Azevedo, senior manager of Healthcare Services, and Terry Richars, CPA/ABV, ASA, director of Accounting Services to partner. Azevedo has nearly 20 years of experience in the long-term care industry and more than 10 years in private sector accounting. He is the second non-CPA team member to become partner.
Richars has more than 10 years of experience providing business valuation, litigation support, forensic accounting, individual, corporate and partnership income tax returns, SAS 70/SSAE16 reporting and consulting services to privately-held and middle-market organizations in the manufacturing, retail, healthcare and legal industries.

Grant Thornton Expands Forensic Advisory Services
Grant Thornton LLP recently announced the addition of Anthony Creamer, CPA, Christopher Hanson, Brian Sullivan, CPA, CFA and Scott Peoples, CFA, CVA to its Forensic Advisory Services practice. Creamer has nearly 40 years of experience in forensic services, leading large multi-national investigations, restatements and commercial litigation efforts. He received his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and his master’s degree in accounting and finance from Drexel University.
Hanson has more than 20 years of experience providing consulting and expert testimony in litigation and leading consulting teams in forensic and fraud investigations, bankruptcies and debt restructuring-related engagements. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor. Hanson received his master’s degree in business administration from the Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania.
Sullivan has 20 years of experience providing consulting in complex disputes, leading special accounting investigations and restatements, conducting reviews of policies, procedures and internal controls to prevent violations of federal securities laws. He has worked in the financial services, healthcare, investment management, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and software industries. Sullivan received his bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
Peoples has nearly 15 years of consulting experience in complex financial analysis, valuation, litigation, investigation and bankruptcy-related services. He has led large teams of consultants in data and document intensive engagements. Peoples received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Drexel University.
